Gem in the center doubles as the spell book and cast meter.
Differences from v1:
Metal rings around the gems don't take on the color of the spell now
Gem in middle glows instead of pushing in when you hover over to open the spellbook.
If you have any problems with it please let me know!
This does not include any changes to the animation.xml so your gems in your hotbuttons will not be changed
